1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website camionprotection.ro, operated by S.C. Camion Protection S.R.L., headquartered at Strada Oxigenului 1A, Chitila, Ilfov, Romania.

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Definitions

• "User" - any person who accesses the website
• "Customer" - the user who places an order or requests a quote
• "Products" - spare parts and components offered for sale
• "Services" - consulting, parts identification and delivery services

3. Products and Services

Camion Protection Expert offers spare parts for trucks, agricultural equipment and construction equipment. Products may be original or aftermarket (compatible), this being specified in the quote.

Product images are for informational purposes and may differ from the actual appearance of the product. Technical specifications are provided by manufacturers and may be changed without prior notice.

4. Quote Requests and Orders

To request a quote, the customer must provide accurate information about the vehicle (make, model, year of manufacture, VIN) and the desired part. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of incomplete or incorrect information.

Quotes issued are valid for 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary depending on stock availability and market fluctuations.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices displayed are expressed in RON or EUR and do not include VAT, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are calculated separately and communicated in the quote.

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank transfer
• Cash on delivery
• Cash at our location

6. Delivery

Delivery is made through courier services throughout Romania. Delivery time is 24-48 hours for products in stock and may vary for specially ordered products.

The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the buyer when the package is handed over to the courier. The customer is obliged to check the integrity of the package upon receipt.

7. Warranty

All products come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable legislation. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear of the product
• Damage caused by incorrect installation
• Use in inappropriate conditions
• Unauthorized modifications to the product

8. Returns and Complaints

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer rights legislation. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and accompanied by purchase documents.

9. Limitation of Liability

Camion Protection Expert is not responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential damages from product use
• Interruptions or errors in website operation
• Product compatibility with other components not installed by us

Website content (text, images, logos, design) is protected by copyright and belongs to Camion Protection Expert or its licensors. Reproduction or use without written agreement is prohibited.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
